Seasonal Produce ~ December

With the weather starting to bite, nights drawing in, winter is well and truly here.

Stews and casseroles seem to be the order of the day in the eateries we’ve visited, with a focus on the cheaper cuts and game in particular.

Vegetables

Fungi

Winter chanterelle, Pied de mouton, Trompette de mort, Black & White truffles.
